Impact Social Services is a social services organization that provides safe and secure shelter and residence to individuals in Southern Ontario who need immediate housing support. The organization also aims to provide direct support services to community agencies, organizations, and institutions that work with homeless youth, adults, and seniors with complex needs.

About Us

Life Skills Training

Impact Social Services empowers individuals with mental and physical challenges to build essential skills like communication, budgeting, cooking, and job readiness. Through hands-on learning and personalized support, we help clients navigate daily life confidently and work toward independence.

Counselling and Therapy

We offer personalized counselling and therapy that addresses the emotional, physical, and social well-being of individuals with complex challenges. Our holistic approach provides coping strategies and guidance to enhance overall quality of life.

Outreach Work

Our outreach team connects with individuals facing mental and physical challenges to provide information, resources, and compassionate support. We aim to reduce stigma, raise awareness, and ensure access to vital services for those in need.

Shelter/Residence

Impact Social Services offers safe and supportive shelter and residence options for youth, adults, and seniors facing mental and physical challenges. Our facilities provide a comfortable and caring environment where individuals can access the support and resources they need to improve their quality of life and work towards independence
